Upon the request from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Development (MoPID), NASC is conducting the Professional Course on Management and Development for class III officers of the ministry. The formal opening of the program was on 13th September 2021 and was chaired by Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies at NASC..

Mr Binod Kumar Bista, Director of studies at NASC spoke on the design of the program as a center head of Center for In-Service Training. He gave his remarks and welcomed the participants to have a fruitful learning experience. Mr Sigdel formally opened the program with his remarks on how NASC will be always working on building the capacity of all the employees of Government of Nepal and the training program as the platform to do so.

Before the formal opening program, the technical orientation was conducted on 12th September 2021 by Mr. Sushil Thapa to make the participants well-versed with the features of Google meet, the platform that will be used throughout the program. The program was hosted by Ms. Antovna Gyawali.
