Commencement of Training on Advanced Social Safeguards.

Under the agreement between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), the Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC) has commenced Training on Advanced Social Safeguards.

The three day program began on Bhadra 2, 2083 (18 August 2026) at Pokhara. The overall objective of CDRC is to strengthen the institutional and human resource capacities of executing and implementing agencies (EAs/IAs), enabling them to manage, process, and implement ADB-financed projects more efficiently and effectively.

Senior Social Safeguard Officer Ms. Rayhalda Susulan  from ADB , Principle Specialist Mr. Bhim Prasad Subedi and Ms. Pasang Dolma Sherpa were present during the program. From NASC,  CDRC Coordinator/Deputy Director of Studies Mr. Shailendra Prasad Bhatt, and  Administration and Finance Officer Ms. Ashrita Dhital participated in the event.
