Opening ceremony of three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program

The Centre for Human Resource Management (CHRM), under the Management Learning Group (MLG), commenced a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program with 33 participants representing various public and private organizations. The participants have been divided into two groups to facilitate effective learning and interaction. The program is designed to enhance participants abilities to effectively design and deliver training sessions and programs. 
The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Rajendra Adhikari, Department Head of the Management Learning Group. Ms. Anita Poudel, Centre Head of the Centre for Human Resource Management, also underscored the importance of the program through her presence. 
Opening remarks outlined the course content and clarified that the program offers a valuable platform for current and aspiring trainers, training coordinators, and professionals to enhance their foundational skills. This program is not only about becoming a trainer; it is about developing the skills “to help others learn.”
