NASC organized a Technical Training on Road Infrastructures in two phases with the objective to enhance the capabilities of engineers in the fields of road-related infrastructure design and public procurement, empowering them to efficiently and effectively achieve the objectives set by the DoR. In the first phase, the 10-day training was organized for the Engineers of Department of Roads. A total of 200 Engineers were divided into six different groups and each group started and ended on different dates.

In the second phase, the training was organized for the Senior Divisional Engineers of Department of Roads. The seven-day training program encompassed various essential aspects of road construction, such as specification, pavement design, construction and maintenance, slope management, bridge construction practices, and public procurement, among others. It started on 5 Bhadra 2081 (22 August 2023) and ended on 12 Bhadra 2081 (29 August 2023). There were 30 participants in the training
