The Graduation ceremony of the Five-Day Leadership Development Course for newly appointed Joint Secretaries of the Government of Nepal on Jestha 19, 2083, at Kumari Hall, Second Floor, Dikshya Sadan. Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Acting Executive Director of NASC, graced the graduation ceremony as the Chief Guest, along with Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Senior Director of Studies, Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai, Director of Studies, and NASC faculty members.
On behalf of the participants, Bishal Sapkota expressed their gratitude to the entire NASC family and shared how the training would be fruitful in their professional and personal life. Mr. Sapkota talked about the quality and the relationship of the people, institution.
Certificates were distributed, and the program concluded with remarks from Acting Executive Director Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, he highlighted that as Joint Secretaries, the participants carry significant roles and responsibilities in the governance framework, advising them to apply their newly acquired leadership competencies to enhance public service delivery.
