The Center for Marketing and Consulting Services (CMCS) under the Research and Consulting Service Department (RCSD) of Nepal Administrative Staff College has commenced a two-half-day workshop on "Conducting Organization and Management (O&M) Survey" from Asar 18–19, 2083 (July 2–3, 2026) at Prithivi Hall, Dikshya Sadan. The workshop aims to enhance the consulting skills and diagnostic competencies of NASC officials in public sector restructuring. The workshop focuses on equipping participants with contemporary as well as emerging concepts and standardized practices in functional analysis, workload analysis, organizational diagnosis, and agile organizational design, ultimately building their expertise to design appropriate organizational structure and evidence-based staffing standards for public organizations.
