Nepal Administrative Staff College is celebrating its 37th Annual Day on 11th Asoj 2076. On this auspicious occasion an interaction program with the theme “Nepali Public Administration; My Life, My Contribution” is being organized. This high-level knowledge sharing event aims to transfer the experience of highly honored senior public administrators and experts to the current generation. The plethora of knowledge and experiences which they have acquired through their lifetime engagement in public administration is our common property. In this event, the speakers will enlighten with their sea of experience in public administration.

Mr. Gorakshya Bahadur Nuchhe Pradhan is the founder Executive Director of NASC. He served NASC as Executive Director for ten years. Before joining NASC he served the Government of Nepal as Secretary. Mr. Pradhan is a renowned scholar in the area of public administration of Nepal. He has extensively written and published books and articles on the public administration of Nepal.
Mr. Damodar Gautam is the former Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal. He served the Government of Nepal for about three decades in different capacities. Mr. Gautam is appreciated for instilling reforms in the civil service of Nepal. His relentless efforts and contribution to the amelioration of the Nepali administration are still in action and are highly admirable.
Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal is the Senior Director of Studies at NASC. Before joining NASC, he has served as the secretary at different ministries of the Government of Nepal for about three decades.
