Public policy is framed on the basis of certain theoretical notion to fulfill specific objectives and academic discourse will make this process more peoples centric. The academicians synthesize the issue raised in public policy discourse and generalize it to explain current situation and context so that theoretical base to develop the policy could be framed which will provide basis for independent evaluation of government policies and programs.

Jointly organized by NASC, Kathmandu Univeristy School of Management (KUSOM) and Southasia Institute of Advance Studies (SIAS)
This policy seminar aims to initiate discourse in reorienting public policy making in Nepal with the following specific aims.

Introduction
