Project management in public sector has always remained an important dimension of delivering development result. Project management requires specific skills and competency to ensure the results keeping cost, time and quality under control. Mr. Wagner will share his international experiences in project management that will be useful for enhancing knowledge and skills for practitioners.
Reinhard Wagner studied Electrical Engineering and Business Administration in Germany and the USA. He has more than 30 years of project related leadership experience in sectors such diverse as Air Defense, Automotive, Engineering, Energy, Machinery and Not-for-profit organizations. As Certified Projects Director (IPMA Level A), he proved his experience in managing projects, programmes and project portfolios in a complex context. In addition, he is one of the few IPMA Certified Programme and Portfolio Management Consultant and as such supporting senior executives in developing the organizational competence in managing projects, programmes and project portfolios.
