Centre for Research and Development and Consulting Services Department invites research proposals for fiscal year 2077/78 from qualified NASC officials

General Guidelines:

  1. The provisions of "Research Guideline 2013 (Revised 2017)" shall be applicable for the research project..
  2. Proposals are invited in the following areas:
    • a. Impact of COVID on public service delivery
    • b. Alignment of SDGs with Provincial and Local Plan
    • c. Policy and budget making practices at local levels
    • d. Innovation in public services
    • e. Intergovernmental relations
    • f. Mangement practices in public organizations (leadership, performance management, human resource management, ethics/integrity etc)
  3. Proposal should follow guidelines including structure of proposal as explained in the Research Guidelines 2013 (Revised 2017).
  4. Group proposal is encouraged but should not be more than two members in a group.
  5. Applicants shall not submit more than one research proposal.
  6. Preference will be given to new applicants.
  7. Applicant has to identify the category of research as per the Research Guideline.
  8. The proposal should arrive to Centre for Research and Development no later than 05 Ashoj 2077 via research@nasc.org.np along with a covering a letter.
