Journal of Management and Development Studies (JMDS) is a print and online based Journal published annually by the Editorial Board, Nepal Administrative Staff College, Lalitpur, Nepal. The Journal publishes empirical articles as well as review and policy papers specifically in the field of public administration, public policy, federalism and governance, public management and development. Earlier volumes of the journal can be accessed through https://www.nasc.org.np/journals/all. The Journal promotes high quality papers that academically contribute in the above mentioned domains.

JMDS welcomes high impact articles in its area of interest for Volume 31, 2022. Prospective Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscript as per the Author Guidelines at https://www.nepjol.info/index.php/jmds/information/authors or send an email at journal@nasc.org.np

JMDS is a double blind peer reviewed journal. Each manuscript is anonymized for double blind peer review. Author/s are requested to prepare a separate title page with the details of authors and co-authors along your email addresses and affiliations.
