
Under the ongoing third phase of the agreement between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), the Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC) has commenced Training on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion for Focal Person and Experts.
The three-day program began on Mangsir 29, 2082 (15 December 2025) at Nagarkot. The overall objective of CDRC is to strengthen the institutional and human resource capacities of executing and implementing agencies (EAs/IAs), enabling them to manage, process, and implement ADB-financed projects more efficiently and effectively.
From ADB, Ms. Rajani Tuladhar, Associate Portfolio Management Officer, Ms. Shuvechha Khadka, Senior Social Development Officer, Anita Shrestha and Priyanka Jha, GESI Specialists were present during the program. From NASC, Mr. Shiva Hari Adhikari, CDRC Director; Ms. Achala Dahal, CDRC GESI Specialist; Ms. Antovana Gyawali and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya, Training and Research Officer; and Ms. Ashrita Dhital, CDRC Officer participated in the event.
A total of 26 participants from several ADB assisted projects attended the training program.
