The Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) inaugurated a specialized two-day Leadership and Management Training program for Student Officers of the Nepali Army War College on Ashwin 07, 2082.

Senior Director of Studies, Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, graced the opening ceremony as the chief guest. He officially opened the session by welcoming the participants and providing an overview of NASC's functions, specifically the work of the Management Learning Group and the Center for Organizational Development.

Adding a personal perspective, Directing Staff Lt. Col. Manish Prakash Budhathoki shared his experiences as a past participant of the program. He underscored that leadership is a vital competency for the Nepali Army's missions and encouraged the officers to fully utilize the training to acquire new capabilities. The training is being conducted at the college's Prithvi Hall in Dikshya Sadan.
