The Center for in Service Training (CIsT) under the Public Service Training Department(PSTD) of Nepal Administrative Staff College commenced Professional Course on Management and Development(PCMD) 6th group for the current fiscal year on Mangsir 08,2082.This group consists of 25 participants from various public institutions.
Dr. Raghu Bista, Center Head of CIsT welcomed the participants and highlighted outline and the importance of the course.
