The closing program of “Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD)” Swayambhu group (2077/06/12 – 2077/08/24)

The closing program of “Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD)” Swayambhu group (2077/06/12 – 2077/08/24) was held through online platform on Wednesday (24th Mangsir, 2077). 

 

On the closing ceremony, Director of Studies Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, Deputy Executive Director Mr. Narayan Gopal Malego & Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal were present. They congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the program and also expressed their expectation from participants that they will practically apply their learning in their respective organization.  

 

On behalf of the participants, Mr. Rajan Poudel shared his experience of the online training program and thanked Nepal Administrative Staff College for providing a great online learning platform even in the present context of covid-19. He appreciated the resource persons, well-designed modules and also the training management team for their continuous coordination and well management. He also emphasized on inviting external resource persons, creating e-library and designing more practical sessions for improving the training program. 

 

Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal hoped that the online training program delivered by NASC had helped participants to understand and internalize the importance of information technology in public service delivery. He also shared that learning is never ending process and he emphasized the importance of attitude, apart from knowledge and skill component of training. Finally, he wished them good luck for their future endeavors and formally announced the end of the closing program. On behalf of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, Mr. Bikash Neupane announced the result of the participants in the closing program. Mr. Niranjan Shrestha stood first in the merit list and was awarded with the Certificate of Appreciation. 

 

Ms. Shilu Pradhan moderated the program on behalf of the coordinating team. Mr. Ishwari Prasad Ghimire and Ms. Shilu Pradhan were the coordinators of the program.
