The 75th edition of NASC Discussion Series was organized by Center for Research and Development on 20th Falgun, 2079 on the topic “Prospects of Civil Service in Nepal”. Mr. Shyam Prasad Mainali was the speaker in the series. Mr. Mainali has served as a Secretary for different ministries of the Government of Nepal.
