A joint virtual meeting was held on 24th January 2023 between Centre for Federalism Studies (CFS), Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) and National School of Public Administration (Enap), Brasil to initiate institutional relationship for exchanging knowledge on the aspects of federalism in both countries. Mr. Leonardo Kazuo dos Santos Serikawa, Head of the Institutional Relations Office/Office – Deputy from ENAP and Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Senior Director of Studies from NASC have highlighted about the role of each institution to support and backstop the government in the area of public administration in Brasil and Nepal and discussed about the possible areas for intuitional relationship.
