A highly anticipated training program on contract management kicked off today, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for professionals seeking to enhance their skills in this crucial business domain. The program aims to equip participants with the expertise and knowledge required to navigate the complexities of contract management successfully.
The inaugural session of the training program witnessed a diverse group of professionals from various industries coming together to embark on this transformative learning experience. The chief guest of the program Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Senior Director of Studies; GDMLG, Head expressed "Today marks the beginning of an exciting journey for our participants as they delve into the intricacies of contract management. The program's curriculum encompasses various topics such as GCC Provisions, variation order, rate revision, extension of time and liquidated damage, safeguard management, contract management plan and activities, contract termination, claims and disputes.
Thirty participants from different six projects are participating in the training program.The training program on contract management spans 7th June to 9th June 2023. The training program is being managed by CDRC training management team of MR. ShivaHari Adhikari, Govinda Maharjan and Shashi Shekhar Acharya.
