The specialized workshop aims to equip participants with the latest insights, strategies, and best practices in procurement and contract management specific to plant operations. Facilitated by industry experts and seasoned professionals, the training will cover a wide range of topics including procurement processes, contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance within the plant sector.
