Capacity Development Resource Center, Nepal Administrative Staff College started three days long Gender Equality and Social Inclusion training for the officials of ADB assisted projects on 14 December 2022 in Haweli Hall of Hotel Himalaya Horizon, Dhulikhel. There are 29 officials from ADB assisted projects, mainly from four sectors – Energy, Transport, Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Water Supply and Sanitation. The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Director of NASC and Director of Capacity Development Resource Center. Other dignitaries present in the opening session were Dr. Surya Prakash Shrestha, TA Team Leader; Ms. Suvekshya Khadka, Ms. Renuka Gurung, and Ms. Lachana Shresthachraya, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Specialists of ADB. Mr. Shiva Hari Adhikari, Team Coordinator of CDRC, hosted the opening ceremony.
This training, which is being coordinated by Mr. Govinda Maharjan and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya, will be ended on 16 December 2022.
