The residential program on Leadership Excellence for Women Managers concluded today with a formal closing ceremony chaired by Senior Director of Studies, Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel. Team Members from the Centre for Organisation Development, Ms. Anita Poudel, Mr. Pramod Niroula, and Ms. Chandni Kayastha were also present at the ceremony. The 2 nights 3 days program focused on enhancing the leadership skills of women managers by reframing the role of leadership and also through managing self and relationships. Ms. Shrijana Bastola from Nepal Rastra Bank expressed her gratitude for organizing this event. She further added that the training was very relevant as it touched on the contemporary issues that are faced by women in the workforce. After her speech, Mr. Sigdel handover the certificates to the participants and congratulated them. In his closing remarks, he mentioned that change and transformation are possible if we believe in a leader that is within us. In the end, he encouraged participants' to vouch for change and innovation. The program commenced on Bhadra 17 at Aagantuk Resort, Dhulikhel.
