On Shrawan 4th, 2078, NASC commenced its first Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD) training of the fiscal year 2078/79. PCMD training is designed for in-service Class III officers of the government of Nepal. The opening ceremony of the PCMD training 1st batch of 2078/79 B.S was held today (Shrawan 4th, 2078). The formal opening session was started in presence of Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, Department Head, Public Service Training Department, and Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Director of Studies.
During the opening session, Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal and Binod Kumar Bista formally welcomed the participants and highlighted the relevance of the training program in professional life. They encouraged the participants to acquire knowledge, attitude, and skill via training to perform their job effectively and efficiently. Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, Deputy Director of Studies brief about the course modules and the code of conduct followed by the description of evaluation criteria which was explained by Mr. Bikash Neupane, Admin and Finance Officer of NASC. The program was hosted by Training and Research Officer Ms. Chandni Kayastha.
