The seven days Orientation Programme for newly appointed Under Secretaries of Government of Nepal started from 2079 Baisakh 12, Monday. Ms. Anita Poudel hosted the opening ceremony. Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC chaired the program. Mr.Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, Deputy Executive Director of NASC, Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies and Department Head of Public Service Training Department and Mr. Trilochan Poudyal, Director of Studies and Centre Head of Centre for Induction Training were presented as a distinguished guests.
Ms. Poudel started the opening ceremony by welcoming all the participants. Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel congratulated the participants and briefed about the course content of OPMD training. After the introduction round of the participants, Dr Khanal concluded the opening ceremony by his remarkable speech. He highlighted the importance of the training. Furthermore, he mentioned the training is designed in such a way that it demand participants engagement so he requested participants to be interactive and critical throughout the training. In the end, Dr. Khanal congratulated the officers and wished them for successful completion of the training ahead.
