Nepal Administrative Staff College welcomed a total of 16 participants for the Training of Trainers program organized by Centre for Human Resource Management, Management Learning Group. The training program will be 3 days long from 25 Falun 2078 to 27 Falgun 2078. The training sessions include components of Adult Learning, Training Methodology, Facilitation Skills and Session plan.
The opening ceremony was chaired by the Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Department Head, Management Learning Group. Mr. Anup Bhurtel hosted the opening ceremony and welcomed the participants and the faculties present in the program. Mr. Uttam Acharya, Centre Chief, Centre for Human Resource Management elaborated on the course outline of the training program. Mr. Sigdel highlighted the importance of training program for employees of both the private and public sector and wished them for constructive learning ahead.
The training management team for the program are Mr. Devi Datta Bhatta, Mr. Nabin Chapagain and Mr. Anup Bhurtel.
