Center for Organization Development (COD) under the Management Learning Group(MLG) of NASC is organizing a 3-day training programme for women managers of different public organizations. The opening ceremony was held on 24th June 2022 at Dhulikhel Mountain Resort.
Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies at NASC chaired the program. Mr. Binod Kumar Bista was also a dignitary present in the program.
Ms. Shushma Chitrakar, Deputy Director of Studies at NASC welcomed the participants and the team of COD. She stated that the main aim of the program is to enhance the leadership capacity of the participants.
Mr Bista formally opened the program by introducing NASC and the center organizing the program. He also stated that women have the dual roles of leadership i.e at the office and at home. And balancing the work-life is the key. Through this training, he expressed that the course design will to some extent help in shaping a different perspective on leadership and enhance the current skill.
