A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) and the Economic Growth Center (EGC), Yale University, US on 15 March 2021. The objective of MoU is to establish a specific framework on how policy can support the objectives of inclusive social contract and strengthened economic development as well as broader political opportunity in the context of Nepal’s federal system. Moreover, MoU also aims to address the pressing policy challenges of Nepal through data and evidence based research.

On behalf of Nepal Administrative Staff College, MoU was signed by Trilochan Pokharel, Director of Studies while Magaly Gomez was signatory for Economic Growth Center, Yale University.
