The Lumbini Team of the ACMD RARA group organized a presentation program on “National Security”, this morning. During the program, Dr. Surendra Thapa highlighted the theoretical overview of the issue whereas Mr. Lalit Kumar Kumar Basnet focused on the challenges and the recommendation for enhancing Nepal’s national security. Following the presentation, a questions and answers segment was organized where Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, the Deputy Executive Director of the NASC, added his perspective to the discussion. Afterwards, Ms. Anita Koirala critically reviewed both presentations.
The session was chaired by Mr. Mahesh Raj Timsina. Mr. Hemant Karki was the event manager while Mr. Rajan Kumar Karki was the rapporteur.
