The Training of Trainers program in collaboration with Province Research and Training Academy (PRTA) for the officials of Koshi Province ended on 22 March 2024. Nineteen (19) officers participated in the program. Senior Director of Studies and Department Head of Management Learning Group (MLG) Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and the Executive Director of Koshi PRTA, Mr. Bishnu Kumar Karki were the guests for the graduation ceremony.
Representing the program participants, Mr. Dambar Prasad Ghimire conveyed deep appreciation for the enriching training they received. He praised the program as remarkably enlightening, emphasizing the significant improvements made in facilitation and training management skills. Additionally, he extended gratitude to NASC and Koshi PRTA for their excellent program coordination.
Mr. Karki remarked commitment of the academy to broaden its training portfolio emphasizing their dedication to delivering comprehensive training experiences in coming days. Expressing optimism for the future, Mr. Karki expressed his hopes for effective knowledge transfer and implementation. Reflecting the Academy’s aspiration for observable improvements resulting from the program, he expressed confidence in the potential impact of the training. He extended heartfelt gratitude to NASC for their unwavering support throughout the program recognizing the collaborative efforts that contributed to the program's success.
Mr. Bista in his concluding remarks congratulated all the participants. He expressed his gratitude and his joy of organizing the training at Koshi region and assured ongoing support in training, research, and consulting from the CHRM team and overall, from NASC. He encouraged the participants to work sincerely and to make the most of their newly acquired capacity.
