The Training of Trainers program in collaboration with Sudurpaschim Research and Training Academy (SPRTA) for officials from both public and private organizations ended on 02 February 2024. Twenty-three (23) officers participated in the program. The program was chaired by Gahendra Bam, Executive Director of the SPRTA and Mr. Nabin Chapagain, Director of Studies, was the chief guest at the graduation ceremony.
Ms. Sangita Kumari Bhandari and Mr. Purna Bahadur Khadka delivered remarks on behalf of the program participants, expressing profound gratitude for their transformative training. Ms. Bhandari praised the program as an exceptionally insightful experience. At the same time, Mr. Khadka highlighted the invaluable insights gained into various facets of training, emphasizing the sharpening of facilitation and training management skills. Both speakers thanked NASC and SPRTA for their meticulous program management.
Mr. Chapagain congratulated all participants, stressing the collaborative spirit of the learning journey. He shared the joy of organizing the training in the beautiful Sudurpaschim region and assured ongoing support in training, research, and consulting from the CHRM team and NASC. He also committed to assisting SPRTA and expressed excitement about future collaborations.
In his concluding remarks, Mr Gehendra Bam shared his immersive experience throughout the sessions, noting a significant enhancement in his knowledge of training facilitation. He expressed satisfaction that all objectives and expectations had been met and anticipated more advanced training from NASC. Mr. Bam assured participants they would be recognized as valuable resource persons in future SPRTA sessions on their chosen topics. He extended gratitude to NASC for their support and anticipated continued collaboration in the future.
