Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) successfully conducted Discussion Series - 80 on the theme ‘Prospects of Civil Service in Nepal on Mangsir 23, 2080. The speaker of the program Dr. Somlal Subedi, the former Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal shared his experiences and perspectives, connecting historical aspects with the present outlook of the civil service in Nepal. Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, Deputy Executive Director of NASC and former secretary of the Government of Nepal, took on the role of moderator for the event.
The objective of this program was to provide valuable insights and foster interaction for the recently appointed section officers, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from the event. The participants were trainee officers of 37th batch of Basic Administration Training (BAT) of Bagmati, Rara and Swayambhu group and faculties of NASC.
