The third batch of Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD) started today (16 Shrawan, 2079) at Narayani Hall, Mangal Sadan. There are thirty class three officers of the Government of Nepal nominated from various government and public agencies of Nepal. The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Centre Chief of Center for In-Service Training (CIsT) of NASC. Mr. Pramod Niroula hosted the formal program.
Mr. Binod Kumar Bista welcomed the participants and briefed them about the PCMD course redesign process, the core competency framework of the course, and course objectives including the course contents. He also shared about the evaluation criteria of the training program and also highlighted the weightage of all module including attendance and behavior for final result. As a final remark, he requested all the participants for their active participation to learn more knowledge and skill from the training which will be helpful at their workplaces while delivering public services.
The training management team for the PCMD-3rd batch are Mr. Pramod Niroula and Ms. Manisha Maharjan. The program will conclude on 28 Bhadra, 2079.
