The Center for Organizational Development has commenced the Organizational Development Intervention (ODI) Training Programme for Chief Administrative Officers and Officers of Local Governments. The initiative aims to strengthen federalism and foster innovative strategies for local governance through the Organizational Development Intervention Approach.
Bringing together administrators from various local governments across Nepal, the programme features expert facilitators from NASC, local government experts, OAG, and CIAA to enhance institutional capacity and promote effective service delivery. Participants will engage in interactive sessions on organizational transformation and development, leadership, and federal governance dynamics.
The programme is scheduled to take place from 2081/12/13 to 2081/12/15.
