The opening programme of In-Service Training Programme “Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD-4)” for Class-II (equivalent) Officers of Government Organizations was held on 01 Falgun 2080 at Lumbini Hall. It was ceremoniously commenced with the brief about NASC and Course Briefing by Mr. Nabin Chapagain, Center Chief (Center of In-Service Training). The training is coordinated by Ms. Gyan Laxmi Shrestha while 25 fresh trainees and 1 trainee from the earlier ACMD training are participating for the very programme.
