The 15-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program for officials from various public institutions commenced on 04 August 2025 at the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). The program is designed to enhance participants’ abilities to design and deliver effective training sessions and programs.
The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Department Head of the Management Learning Group. Mr. Sundar Shrestha, Centre Head of the Centre for Human Resource Management, was also present on the occasion.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Bista provided an overview of the course content and emphasized that the program presents an excellent opportunity for current and aspiring trainers, training coordinators, and professionals to strengthen their foundational competencies. He highlighted the use of modern, evidence-based methodologies aimed at enhancing the impact of capacity development initiatives.
Mr. Bista warmly welcomed all the participants and extended his best wishes for a fruitful and enriching learning journey at NASC.
