The Center for Organization Development, under the Management Learning Group, successfully organized a three-day “Leadership Excellence Program for Women Leaders”. The program brought together 27 Joint Secretaries and Class I Officers (Women) from various Ministries, Constitutional Commissions, Departments, and Security Agencies of the Government of Nepal.
The primary objective of the program was to provide a reflective and empowering platform for women leaders to engage with the principles of transformational leadership, fostering their continued growth and impactful leadership in governance and public administration.
The program was chaired by Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal. Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Head of the Management Learning Group, and Ms. Anita Poudel, Chief of the Center for Organization Development, graced the event with their presence. On the behalf of participants, Dr. Radhika Thapaliya shared overall learning reflection about the training.
