Public Procurement Management of Goods, a five days training program was conducted from 11-15 Poush, 2079. This training program was held at Rara Hall of Dikshya Sadan and 28 participants from various public organizations participated the program. 
The closing ceremony was held on 15 Poush, 2079 in the presence of the dignitaries: Mr. Trilochan Pokharel – Departmental Head of Governance and Development Management Learning Group (GDMLG) and Dr. Raghu Bista – Centre Chief of Centre for Procurement Management(CPM). Mr. Lila Nath Sapkota hosted the event in which he welcomed the dignitaries and greeted the participants. He briefly summarized the training program. Mr. Gokul Bhandari on behalf of the participants put forward his remarks on the overall training. Mr. Bhandari expressed his gratirude towards the organization for organizing such a wonderful training package and also provided few suggestions as the room for improvement which includes: improvement of canteen service, adding audio visual programs depicting the current scenario of procurement issues and requirement of longer training programs on the same.
Mr. Tricholan Pokharel- Department Head distributed the certificates to all 28 participants and congratulated them for their successful completion of the training program. He motivated the participants and highlighted two important aspects of training program; Knowledge and Attitude. He added participants must unlearn the past knowledge to grab new knowledge and relearn the new perspectives which impart the horizon of the mind. He also added that the requirement of positive attitude to grasp and inculcate those learning into practical application. He also wished the participants for their better future endeavor.
