Centre for Human Resource Management successfully completed the Training of Trainers Program organized from Magh 16 to Magh 20, 2079. The program was held at Gandaki Province Training Academy.
The five-day training of trainers program aimed to orient faculties of various sectoral training centers of Gandaki Province. The training program was a joint collaboration between Nepal Administrative Staff College and Gandaki Province Training Academy which dealt on subject matters of adult learning principles, training need assessment, objective setting, course design, training methodologies and preparation of session plan.
The closing ceremony was graced by Senior Director of Studies Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel (NASC), Director of Studies, Mr. Uttam Acharya, (NASC); Rishi Ram Pandey, Executive Director, Gandaki Province Training Academy, Nabin Chapagain and Anup Bhurtel (Faculties, NASC).
26 participants successfully completed the training program.
