Centre for Human Resource Management, Management Learning Group successfully completed a three day Training of Trainers Program for the Curriculum Experts, Capacity Development Experts and other officials of Provincial Center for Good Governance (PCGG) from all the seven provinces. The training program was been organized by Provincial and Local Governance Support Program, MoFAGA. The program aimed to capacitate officials working in different capacities at PCGG with training sessions on Training Need Assessment, Competency Framework, Course Design, Objective Setting, Training Methodologies, Facilitation Skills, Training Management and Evaluation.
The closing ceremony was chaired by Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel (Department Head, Management Learning Group). Mr. Uttam Acharya (Centre Chief, Centre for Human Resource Management) and Ms. Dixita Silwal (PLGSP, Program Coordination Unit) also graced the event.
The three day program that started from Poush 7 and ended on Poush 9, was a residential event being conducted at Hotel View Bhrikuti, Godawari. Ms. Gyan Laxmi Shrestha and Mr. Nabin Chapagain were the coordinators of the program.
