The closing ceremony of Professional Course on Management and Development for the 6th and 7th Level Officers of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) of Nepal was held on 26th Paush 2079 at Prithivi Hall amidst the gracious presence of senior officials of NASC and EPF. The event was chaired by Executive Director of NASC Dr. Rajan Khanal. Senior Director of Studies Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel and Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista were present in the closing ceremony along with other NASC Officials. Acting Joint Administrator Mr. Jeevan Kumar Katwal, Acting Chief Manager Mr. Damodar Prasad Subedi and Assistant Manager Mr. Nabin Dhungana from EPF were present in the closing ceremony as dignitaries from EPF. Twenty-Nine officials from EPF completed the training program successfully. The closing ceremony was hosted by Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa.
On behalf of all the training participants, Mr. Dipak Raj Bhattarai thanked NASC and EPF for organizing the training program and shared the reflection of learnings from the overall training program. He appreciated the training contents and the overall management of the program. He expressed that all the sessions of the training had rich contents and had a positive impact on enhancing the knowledge and skills of the training participants.
Department Head of Public Service Training Department (PSTD) Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training program and expressed his hopes that all the participants will apply the knowledge and skills learnt during the training in their actual workplace.
Similarly, Acting Joint Administrator Mr. Jeevan Kumar Katwal of EPF congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training program and provided strategic guidance and direction to the graduating participants to apply the knowledge, skills and attitude learnt during the training program in the actual workplace. The results were announced and Mr. Umesh P Subedi stood as a batch topper showcasing his meritorious efforts. Then, training completion certificates were awarded to the graduating training participants.
After the certificate distribution, Dr. Rajan Khanal, the chair of the closing ceremony, congratulated all the participants for the successful completion of the training. Dr. Khanal
expressed his expectation to the participants to take a role as a change agent at their workplace while performing professional duties by properly utilizing the knowledge and skills learnt from the training. He further stressed that NASC has inculcated a learning mindset among the participants and it is now the sole responsibility of the participants to broaden their knowledge base beyond this training program. Dr. Khanal highlighted the fact that learning depends on us and knowledge is everywhere if we are determined to learn with an open mindset.
The training management team of the training program Ms. Pritha Paudyal and Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training program.
