The 10 days training program on Leadership and Management for Student Officers of Army Command and Staff College concluded on Poush 8,2079. The closing ceremony of the program was held today and the event was chaired by Executive Director of NASC, Dr. Rajan Khanal. The distinguished guest for the program was Commandant Major General Santosh Kumar Dhakal. Senior Director of Studies of NASC, Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel and Director of Studies, Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Instructor Colonel Direndra Kumar Malla and Faculty members of ACSC were also presented in the closing ceremony. The 10 days program focused on enhancing the leadership and managerial skills of Student Officers of Nepal Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal Investigation Department as well as Army Officials of India, Pakistan, Maldives, Srilanka, Kenya, Nigeria, USA and the UK.
In the closing program, Major Prativa and Major Jackson express their overall observations and summary of the training sessions. They also acknowledge the training and provided insightful feedbacks on behalf of the participants.
Commandant Major General Dhakal expressed his gratitude towards NASC for designing this complete package of Leadership and Management skills trainingand encouraged and inspired the participants to inculcate the learnings in their daily lives.
The completion certificates were handover by Dr. Khanal to the student officers. He concluded the program by his closing remarks where he congratulated all the participants and wished them all the best for their future endeavours. He further added that the holistic learnings that NASC tried to impart in the students officers will develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes in both of their profession and personal life.
The closing ceremony was hosted by Ms. Chandni Kayastha while the training program was coordinated Ms. Shailaja Upadhyaya, Ms. Anita Poudel, Ms Chandni Kayastha and Ms. Nabina Malekar.
