The Advanced Course on Management and Development (3rd Batch) training program (2078/04/13 - 2078/06/20) for class II Officers of government of Nepal has been completed on 2078/06/20 through virtual mode. Twentynine trainee participants completed the training program. Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal, Deputy Executive Director/Department Head of Public Service Training Department of NASC Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal and Director of Studies/Centre Head of Center for In-Service Training Mr. Binod Kumar Bista were present in the program.
Dr. Damaru Ballabha Paudel put forward the overall review and feedback on the training program from the participant’s side with suggestions of incorporating more practical module like Service Improvement Plan and Connecting to Community and also continuing the spirit of program in future period.
Mr. Binod Kumar Bista reflected the training program and also appreciated the trainee for their active and fruitful participation throughout the training program. Ms., Shushma Chitrakar, one of the Coordinators of the program announced that all of the participants passed the program through first division and Dr. Damaru Ballabha Paudel score the highest marks among all participants. She congratulated all of them for their successful completion of the training.
Finally, Dr. Khanal expressed that all of the trainee participants are the aspiring leaders of government of Nepal and it is their responsibility to improve the service delivery and ultimately enhance the image of the government. He then congratulated the participants for successful completion of the training and he especially congratulated Dr. Damaru Ballabha Paudel for achieving the highest score. He also thanked the coordinators Ms. Shushma Chitrakar and Ms. Shilu Pradhan for supporting the participants throughout the program and the IT team of NASC for their effort in tireless conduction of the virtual training program.
