On April 5, 2022, B2 Course (Procurement of works and consultancy services) Training for the 12th,13th,14th, and 15th Batch completed were 77 officers from various public institutions graduated. The 11 working days training program was organized at the Nepal Administrative Staff College, Jawalakhel with the support of the World Bank, the International Training Center (ITC), and the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) of the Nepal Government.
The event was chaired by the Executive Director, NASC Dr. Rajan Khanal in presence of Mr. Ashok Jha; ITC/ILO Consultant, and Mr. Sambhu Prasad Uprety; Senior Procurement Specialist from World Bank. Dr. Raghu Bista; Director of Studies, NASC, and the Program lead of Capacity Development and Professionalization (CDP) with other faculties were present in the closing ceremony organized at Prithvi Hall with other NASC officials. 
Mr.Kamal Thapa represented the training participants to share learning experiences and provided valuable feedback for the improvement of this program. Mr. Uprety shared the need for training on procurement to public officials, the role of the World Bank, and ITCILO in his speech and congratulated the graduating officials. Similarly, The Chair of the Program Dr. Khanal congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the training and encouraged participants to develop themself as the procurement specialist as NASC is waiting for them as resource persons in related training with their knowledge and experiences. He also shared about the post-training-role of NASC and advised officers that the resource persons involved in training are always open to assist you in case of any difficulty and confusion and also PPMO office is standing by for further support to make the public procurement more transparent, competitive, dependable, and basis of development of the nation. He also thanked partner organizations including the world bank, ITCILO, PPMO, and Nepal Government for initiation and support during this training program.
