The 5-day Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP), an induction training program for newly appointed Class II Officers of the Government of Nepal, successfully concluded with a Graduation Ceremony.
Held from Ashoj 14 to Ashoj 20, 2083, the program provided participants with an enriching learning experience focused on strengthening leadership competencies, professional capabilities, public service orientation, and effective role transition.
The Graduation Ceremony was graced by Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel(Officiating Executive Director), Mr. Trilochan Pokharel( Department Head, Public Service Training Department ); and Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai (Center Head, Center for Induction Training ).
On behalf of the participants, Mr. Achyut Dahal delivered the Vote of Thanks, expressing appreciation for the learning opportunities, guidance, and support extended throughout the program.
The ceremony marked not only the successful completion of the induction training but also the beginning of a new chapter in the participants’ public service journey. The commitment, active participation, and enthusiasm demonstrated throughout the program contributed to making the learning experience meaningful and enriching.
