The certification and graduation ceremony of Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD) for the tenth batch was held on 2079/11/19. The event was chaired by Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal, and Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista. The event was hosted by Ms. Antovna Gyanwali.
Mr. Ram Prasad Subedi shared his training experience on behalf of all the participants. He expressed that all the modules of the training program were very useful in translating theoretical knowledge into practical knowledge and helpful in taking rational decision as per given scenario. He further stressed that the training program has contributed in behavioral change. Mr. Bista congratulated all the participants for successful completion of the training. He briefly expressed the importance of collective effort in professional life for the betterment of public service. He further expressed that NASC has provided cross-learning opportunity to test, re-test and confirm the knowledge & skill. He further requested all participants to identify and apply innovative idea of public service. At the end of graduation ceremony, Dr. Khanal congratulated the all participants and wished them better professional career. He expressed that being innovative in service design and emphatic in service delivery are major component of quality services. He further hopes that this program energizes all participants to take innovative initiations to create better service environment. Altogether 27 participants graduated from the training program. The PCMD tenth batch was managed by Mr. Shailendra Prasad Bhatt and Ms. Antovna Gyanwali.
