The certification and closing ceremony of the Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD) sixth batch was virtually held on 20 Ashwin 2078. The event was chaired by Executive Director of NASC Dr. Rajan Khanal and Chief of Center for In-Service Training (CiST) of NASC Mr. Binod Kumar Bista.
On behalf of participants, Ms. Nirmala Regmi and Mr. Pawan Bhattarai gave a few words on the training programme. They thanked NASC for conducting the training online in COVID pandemic and shared that the initiative taken by NASC for online training has been fruitful. They shared though the training started with pressure it also had enthusiasm and made them feel different. They also expressed all the modules of the training had rich content and can be used practically in personal as well as professional lives.
After this, Center chief, Mr. Binod Kumar Bista congratulated all the participants for completing the training program and requested all the participants for proper application of knowledge and skill in their workplace while delivering public services. Then, the result was announced as per the evaluation criteria. All participants obtained first division. Mr. Pawan Bhattarai was the topper of the training program.
After the certification ceremony, Dr. Khanal, the chair of the closing program, congratulated the participants on successful completion of the training. Dr. Khanal expressed his expectation to the participants to take a role as a change agent in their work places while delivering public services by properly utilizing the knowledge and skills learnt from the training. He also thanked the group coordinators, technical coordinators, module coordinators, participants and everyone involved in the training for their contribution in completing this training programme successfully.
