Batch 21, 22, and 23 of B2- Course (Procurement of Works& Consultancy services) under Capacity Development and Professionalization(CDP) started on June 20, 2022, for 11 working days. The opening ceremony of the training program was attended by nominated officers from key sector agencies identified by the project and federal and provincial government institutions and local levels.
The event was chaired by the Deputy Executive Director, NASC, Mr. Bishnu PrasadLamsal. Mr. Tulshi Ram Basnet, a representative from the PPMO office; Dr. RaghuBista, Director of Studies, NASC, and the Program lead of Capacity Development and Professionalization (CDP) were present at the opening ceremony organized in auditorium Hall with other NASC officials. 
In the opening ceremony, Dr. Bista shared the program outlines with participants. Deputy Executive Director -NASC, Mr. Lamsal welcomed the participants of the program and shared the objective of this training program. He also highlighted the KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) need to perform a job and facilitation by this particular training. He also expected constructive feedback on the overall course, and management of NASC from participants and also encouraged active participation in sessions with their experience and needs. The opening ceremony was hosted by Mr. Gobinda Bhandari, deputy director of Studies, at NASC.
The course is structured on 11 working-day agenda, where 3 sessions per day will be presented, till July 1, 2022.
