The third phase of Advanced Course and Management on Development (ACMD) course started with the first training program on 27 Magh 2076. The program was formally innagurated with opening remarks by Deputy Executive Director and Department Head of Pubic Service Training Department (PSTD) of the organization Mr. Narayan Gopal Malego stating "Learning never stops and it is a continuous process." The course introduction was done by Director of Studies and center chief of the Center for In-Service Training (CIST) Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel. The program is a 35 working days program and will conclude on 18 Chaitra 2076. The participants are class two and equivalent officers from various ministries and public agencies of Government of Nepal. The program is designed to enhance the professional and individual skills of the participants to develop purposeful leadership in them.
