Graduation and closing of 48th Senior Executive Development Program

The closing ceremony of 48 Senior Executive Development Program was conducted on Falgun 6, 2081. The program was chaired by Executive Director of NASC, Dr. Rajan Khanal. The chief guest of the program was Hon’bl Minster Mr. Rajkumar Gupta from Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA). The chief secretary of Government of Nepal, Mr. Eak Narayan Aryal, was the special guest and the secretary of MoFAGA, Mr. Ravilal Panth was the guest of the program. Humakala Pandey presented the reflection of the six months training program from the participants group. She thanked NASC for organizing such a meaningful program as well as suggested to go forward for refresher and specialized training for the senior executives too. Then Department Chief of Public Service Training Department, Mr. Trilochan Pokharel reflected on the journey of the participants and informed that they are now equipped with the required knowledge which they need to foster and use in their work for better service delivery. Then the guest of the program Mr. Panth congratulated the participants and suggested to show the behavior of integrity in the public service. Then the strategic documents and policy documents prepared by the participants were handed to the chief secretary by the ED of NASC. Chief secretary Mr. Aryal also congratulated the participants and requested the participants to convert their knowledge into attitude as a leader to bring reform in the public service. He emphasized on the collect effort from every one towards joint reform. Then the certification ceremony was held where the participants received their certificates from Hon’bl minister. Hon’bl minster Mr. Gupta congratulated and informed the participants that they are now ready towards the journey of Secretary in Government of Nepal. He requested for the better act form this group of leadership to create an environment of prosperous Nepal through accountable and reliable administration. A total of 23 participants graduated the training program. The ceremony was hosted by center chief Dr. Raghu Bista.
