Research

Knowledge creation is one of the fundamental inputs for public sector capacity building. NASC is moving forward in creating and sharing knowledge through empirical and policy research on a regular basis. NASC is being transformed into a research-based academic institution with increasing strengths to carry-out out research on management, administration, governance, policy, development, and other relevant areas. NASC also provides a platform for knowledge sharing with a noble aim of building the knowledge community.

A research committee is formed to ensure the process and quality of the work. The research committee is headed by the Department Head of Research and Consulting Services Department (RCSD). Three external experts: Prof. Dr. Srikrishna Shrestha, Dr. Hari Dhungana, and Dr. Prakash Chandra Bhattarai are currently nominated as Members of the Committee for 2019 to 2021. Chief of the Center for Research and Development (CRD) is the Member Secretary of the Committee.
