Nepal Administrative Staff College organized the ‘Trainers Meet’ program on 1st Bhadra 2080. The program was chaired by Dr. Rajan Khanal (Executive Director, NASC) and was moderated by Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel (Senior Director of Studies).
The program's core objective was to ensure a platform for public training institutions to have a forum to share their learning experiences and innovative endeavors in the journey of capacity building.
Representatives from 25 institutions highlighted on effective training methodologies and approaches, interactive and engaging training strategies, blended learning, and incorporating technology in training. The forum also emphasized on emerging trends in adult learning and professional development, the role of personalized learning and adaptive training methods. The discussions also covered areas of effective assessments and evaluations for training programs and prospective ways to measure the impact of training on learners' performance and behavior. The interactions stressed using data to improve training outcomes and creating an inclusive training environment by addressing cultural sensitivities in training and promoting diversity in training materials and content that would serve the learner preferences and needs.
